Talmale ("the Service") is an AI agent platform operated by Talmale Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"). The Service connects to third-party platforms via API keys you provide and executes tasks on your behalf using AI models.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.
You provide API keys for third-party platforms (Shopify, n8n, GitHub, etc.) to enable the agent to work on your behalf. Your API keys are encrypted using AWS KMS before storage and decrypted only during task execution. You can delete your stored credentials at any time. You can also revoke access by rotating your API key on the respective platform.
The Service is billed based on usage — the AI compute consumed by your tasks. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Billing may be processed via AWS Marketplace or direct payment methods.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or regulation; access other users' data; attempt to bypass security controls; use the agent for harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes; or exceed reasonable usage limits.
The Service interacts with third-party platforms on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those platforms. Actions taken by the agent on third-party platforms are your responsibility. Review the agent's output before relying on it for critical operations.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or errors in task execution. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Task prompts and results are stored to provide the Service and are not used to train AI models.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your stored credentials and task history will be deleted.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
