Talmale Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us") operates the Talmale AI agent platform at talmale.com. Registered in India. Contact: anirudha@talmale.com
Account information: email address, name, hashed password. These are required to create and manage your account.
Platform credentials: API keys you provide to connect third-party platforms. These are encrypted with AWS KMS before storage and never stored in plaintext.
Task data: prompts you submit, task results, usage metrics (cost, tokens, tool calls). These are stored to provide the Service and show your usage history.
Technical data: IP address, browser type (for rate limiting and security). Not used for tracking or advertising.
To provide the Service: execute tasks on your behalf using your connected platforms.
To bill you: track usage for usage-based billing.
To secure your account: rate limiting, fraud prevention.
We do NOT: sell your data, use your data for advertising, use your prompts or task data to train AI models, share your data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service.
The Service uses: AWS (hosting, database, encryption), Anthropic/Claude (AI model via AWS Bedrock). Your task prompts are sent to the AI model to generate responses. Anthropic's data policies apply to model interactions.
When you connect a platform (Shopify, n8n, etc.), the agent makes API calls to that platform on your behalf. Those platforms' privacy policies govern their handling of your data.
All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the US (us-east-1 region). Credentials are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS (FIPS 140-2 certified). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds). All connections use TLS encryption in transit. Access to production systems is restricted.
Account data: retained until you delete your account. Task history: retained until you delete your account. Platform credentials: retained until you disconnect the platform or delete your account. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
You can: access your data (via the dashboard), delete your stored credentials (via the Connections page), delete your account (contact us), export your task history (contact us).
We use a single authentication token stored in your browser's localStorage. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 18.
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
